From 1959 to the early 1990s, Memorial University's Extension Services operated as a civic learning infrastructure across Newfoundland and Labrador. It brought research, media production, community development, and adult education to communities across the province. This deck traces what happened when that infrastructure was dismantled and what replaced it.
